  • WHAT WE COLLECT

We may collect:

  • Booking details, such as the workshop or session you choose.

  • Health and safety information you share, such as injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medication, given through your intake form or before a session.

  • Payment confirmation details. We do not see or store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

  • Any messages you send us.

  • WHY WE COLLECT IT

We use your information to:

  • Confirm and manage your booking.

  • Prepare safely for your session, including any health considerations.

  • Contact you about your booking, rescheduling or changes.

  • Keep records required for running the business. We do not sell your information to anyone.

  • HEALTH INFORMATION

Health and medical details are sensitive. We collect them only to keep you safe during the practice. They are seen only by Shibari Malaysia, kept private, and never shared without your consent, except where required by law.

  • HOW WE STORE IT AND WHO HANDLES IT

We use trusted third-party services to run our bookings and payments:

  • Our website and booking forms are hosted by Squarespace.

  • Payments are processed by Billplz. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies. We keep your information only as long as needed for our records, then remove it.

  • SHARING

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We share only what is necessary with the service providers above to take your booking and payment, or where the law requires it.

  • YOUR RIGHTS

You may ask us to:

  • See what information we hold about you.

  • Correct anything that is wrong.

  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
