The Art of Attention:
SOROPA Intro Workshop
Chest Harness for HeartbreakAugust 08th, 2026 & October 10th, 2026
Intro workshops are held every 2 months, rotating between different technical and emotional focus.
Technical Focus: Chest Harness (Self-tie)
Making Space for What You're Ready to Release
The chest is often experienced as a place where we feel openness, protection, vulnerability and emotion. In this workshop, we'll learn a foundational chest harness while exploring the theme of letting go through guided reflection and embodied awareness.
Heartbreak can take many forms. It may relate to the ending of a relationship, changing family dynamics, the loss of a friendship, a career transition, or dreams that have evolved over time.
Rather than trying to change or fix these experiences, this practice offers an opportunity to slow down, notice what is present for you, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with your own inner experience.
As always, sharing is optional, and participants are encouraged to engage with the practice in whatever way feels supportive for them.
