Discover the art of holding yourself
A 6-Week Embodied Rope Practice for Self-Connection, Presence & Creative Expression. This is a structured learning journey combining breath, movement and rope to develop technical skill, body awareness and deeper connection with yourself.
What kind of relationship do you want with yourself?
This is an invitation to slow down, learn a creative new skill, and discover what becomes possible when your attention returns to yourself.
A space to slow down, to spend time developing a creative practice instead of consuming, to experience your body with curiosity instead of judgement, a space to develop a more intentional relationship with yourself
Who is this course for?
This course is designed for women who want to invest in themselves through a practice that is both creative and deeply engaging.
You don't need any previous experience with rope, movement, or meditation. You simply need a willingness to learn.
Whether you're seeking a new creative challenge, a consistent practice that helps you slow down each week, or a space to reconnect with yourself away from the demands of everyday life, you'll find a supportive community learning alongside you.
