A 6-Week Embodied Rope Practice for Self-Connection, Presence & Creative Expression. This is a structured learning journey combining breath, movement and rope to develop technical skill, body awareness and deeper connection with yourself.

You don't need any previous experience with rope, movement, or meditation. You simply need a willingness to learn.
